Solar & battery checklist

Fill this in and send it straight to us. It's the information our design team needs to size your solar and battery system correctly and give you an accurate quote before we book your survey.

Only your name and a phone number or email are needed. Every other answer helps us size your system, so fill in what you can.

Lets us check roof orientation, shading and grid capacity for your property before we visit.

Your MPAN (Meter Point Administration Number) identifies your electricity supply. We need it to notify your network operator and to register your export tariff. You'll find it on your electricity bill, usually in a box marked "Supply Number". It's 21 digits long and begins with S.

Your energy use

Your yearly electricity usage (in kWh) is the starting point for sizing your solar array and battery. You'll find this on a bill or your online account.

Household size affects daily usage patterns and how much you're likely to benefit from battery storage.

Current energy provider and tariff

Your tariff tells us how you're charged for electricity now, so we can show you the real difference solar and battery storage would make.

Do you have an EV?

Electric vehicle charging adds significantly to household usage and is an important factor in sizing your system.

How do you currently heat your home?

Your heating type affects overall energy demand and whether a heat pump or immersion diverter could work alongside your system.

How do you heat your water?

Hot water is often one of the biggest single loads on a home's energy use, and it shapes whether a solar diverter or heat pump water cylinder makes sense for you.

Would you like batteries to benefit from cheaper energy rates?

A battery lets you store cheap off-peak or solar electricity and use it later, cutting your bills further. Let us know if this interests you.
